Celebrating 1,000 Notaries Trained—More Than a Milestone, It's a Movement

When I started Notary Training Network, my vision was simple: create a space where notaries in Maryland could connect, learn, and grow together. I knew firsthand how isolating and unclear the notary journey could feel, especially for those just getting started or navigating changes in law and best practices. What I hoped to build was community.
But what has unfolded is so much greater.
Today, I’m proud to announce that Notary Training Network has officially educated over 1,000 notaries across the state of Maryland.
This number isn't just about headcount or courses delivered. It represents confidence built, careers launched, and leaders empowered. It’s about watching notaries find their voice, advocate for themselves and their clients, and grow in both personal and professional ways.
One of the most meaningful byproducts of this journey has been the empowerment of men and women. Many of our students are women who enter the notary space unsure of their worth or direction—and leave feeling like powerful, trusted professionals. Watching them evolve into business owners, community leaders, and industry advocates has been nothing short of inspiring.
And while I’m honored to have become a trusted resource in this field, I don’t take that role lightly. Being of service to my community and influencing the future of notary work in Maryland is a responsibility I cherish and am committed to continuing with intention and integrity.
To every notary who has taken a class, shown up for mentorship, asked a question, or shared their growth story—thank you. You are the reason this work matters.
Here’s to the next 1,000—and to building a legacy rooted in community, compassion, and confidence!
With gratitude,
