Ready for Real-World Notary Practice? Join Us for Hands-On Learning & More!
Hands-On Practice
True learning doesn't stop once the information is received; it begins when you take the next step into real-world application.
Hands-on practice is the bridge between knowledge and confidence. It means moving beyond theory to work through real scenarios, engage in exercises, and ask the critical questions that clarify doubts. This process builds the comfort needed to excel in the field. Professional development is a partnership: it requires both an educator dedicated to sharing expertise and a learner committed to active participation.

October Community Updates
I'll be attending the Maryland Vehicle Titling Association annual meeting on October 22 with a special handout on fraud awareness for notaries in attendance!
We had the kick off meeting for the Maryland state deed fraud task force. This task force was put together to address critical protections for the public as it relates to mortgage title insurance and deed fraud. We are currently collecting metrics for research purposes. If you have any information or experiences related to deed fraud or title insurance, please reply to this email to share your insights.
Looking for another way to serve? We invite you to contribute to our democracy by serving as an Election Judge.
Important Dates
Mark your calendars for National Notary Public Day on November 7. We encourage all organizations to take this opportunity to recognize and celebrate the dedication of their notary staff.
Warm regards, Michol Bobb Notary Training Network
